What we provide

Zalfres offers a restaurant order management system. It replaces handwritten paper orders with digital orders. Waiters take orders on phones or tablets. Orders are displayed clearly to the kitchen and can be printed. The service is aimed at small and medium restaurants.

Access

There is no email-based signup. Access is provided via a restaurant code and PIN. Restaurant managers can create internal users for waiters and kitchen staff.

Service availability

We provide the service “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times. There may be downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues. We will do our best to keep the service running smoothly.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own internet connection and devices (phones, tablets, computers). The service requires a working internet connection. We are not responsible for problems caused by your connection or hardware.

Your data

All data you add—menu items, orders by table, internal user roles—belongs to your restaurant. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use it only to provide the service to you.

Billing and cancellation

After the free trial, the early restaurant price is billed annually (see the pricing section on the homepage). You can cancel at any time. There are no refunds for periods already paid. If you cancel, you can use the service until the end of your current billing period.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you misuse the service, fail to pay, or violate these terms. We will try to give notice when possible. You may also end your use of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
