When you request a trial or contact us, we may collect the restaurant name, contact person name, email address, phone number, country or city, business type, messages you send, and menu files if you choose to submit them.

How we use this information

We use this information only to contact the restaurant, answer questions, set up the trial or demo, and prepare the restaurant menu inside the digital ordering system.

Menu files

If you send us a menu file, we use it to create your digital menu for the trial. Setup is manual for now and can take up to 3 days.

Restaurant order data

During a demo or trial, the system may store operational restaurant data such as menu items, order items, table numbers, quantities, notes, and staff display names. This information is used only so the waiter order web app and kitchen screen can work.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details or menu files with third parties for advertising.

Updating or deleting your information

You can contact us to update or delete your information. If you stop using the trial, you can ask us to remove the restaurant setup information we created for you.
